About Us
Our History

We are Bill Corcoran, Austin Taylor, and Branden Taylor, a few of friends that grew up in Gwinnett County. Our core values are centered around family, friends, and serving our community. Bill comes from a background in culinary arts, and has worked in various restaurant positions. Austin has studied horticulture, and worked extensively in the mining and construction industries. Branden has always worked in the kitchen, if he wasn’t cooking he was busy being an electrician. The Horti-Culture was started in 2021, branching off from our previous project, growing micro greens, figs, and edible flowers as @TaylorGrowProject, with the goal of growing gourmet mushrooms. Recognizing the need for more space. We built our new indoor climate controlled growing facility on our 19 acre farm, nestled in a ridgetop near Stone Mountain in Snellville, Georgia. We are proud as small business owners to provide a wide array of high quality farm-to-table naturally grown specialty items for the local Atlanta restaurant community.
